Confidential Counselling including CBT 

We offer a confidential counselling service for individuals and couples.

Our approach is to help individuals explore their present experiences which increases self awareness. This increase in self knowledge allows people to discover new ways of coping with difficult situations and events.

Counselling can help people who are suffering from stress-related illness, panic attacks, depression or anxiety. They might have experienced a bereavement, a traumatic incident, a relationship problem or a change in personal circumstances. What is more one of these can lead to another and the effect can be overwhelming.

Our approach is to assist you in exploring your experiences, and to help you see how to create new ways of coping with difficult situations.
